All you have to do is review, sign and send it in!
After you review and sign your application, just fold it as instructed on the application, tape it closed and drop in a mailbox. No postage necessary.

Important VOTE BY MAIL Application Information
You must be a registered voter in order to apply for a Mail-In Ballot. Click here to see if you are registered.
Your application must be received by the Clerk’s Office seven (7) days prior to the election.
You can also apply in person to the County Clerk’s Office up until 3:00 pm the day before the election.
Do not submit more than one application for the same election.
You may apply to receive a ballot for a single election or for all future elections.
